FAQ Before Orders (Please kindly read before):

Q1: Why the screen with a stamp mark or screen not clear ?

A1: Because there are protective film on the screen, the stamp is on the protective layer, please don't worry, it is original, never used, All In All, if you are not satisfied with the screen in any way, please just tear off the protective film.Tear off it from the green label of the corner of the screen.

Q2. How to Use it ?

A2: You can use it immediately after power on, don't need to install any APP, very convennient.

Q3: How to get clear picture ?

A3: First, Wipe the dust off the camera len, then, please try to adjust the distance from the lens and the object, the best clear distance is about 4-10cm ( 1.5 inch ~ 4 inch), You can get a clear picture in this range, and outside this range, too far or too close maybe the endoscope camera cannot do the best job for you. All endoscope on the market is the same, the observation distance is within the best focal range to obtain a clearer image.

Q4: Does this endoscope if can be waterproof ?

A4: Yes , the camera len is IP68 Waterproof , suitable for various types of environment, for example, Car checking, exploring the water pipes, damp or wet area etc.

Q5 : what is the Hard cable ? and what is the different on soft cable ?

A5 : Semi-rigid cable can bend and hold it's shape to access a wide variety of confined place to meet with different using needs.
