1) The nozzle is made of hardened steel with an overall hardness of 50 degrees (surface hardness 55-60 degrees) and is processed by high-quality thermoforming. It is treated with high-temperature carburizing and hardening, and has super wear resistance, heat resistance, high hardness and high toughness. Two characteristics, long service life, and compatible with most high-temperature printing materials on the market.
2) Use tungsten carbide surface coating, which is composed of tungsten carbide and hardened steel. It has super hardness and excellent conductivity, and the maximum printing temperature can reach 550°C.
3) High thermal performance, keeping the nozzle tip temperature uniform during the printing process, thereby ensuring stable extrusion.
4) Since nozzles typically have very high thermal properties, printing speeds can be further increased without sacrificing quality.
5) The entire nozzle is coated with DLC coating. The surface friction coefficient is as low as 0.05, allowing the nozzle to print cleanly without sticking to plastic.
6) From traditional PLA printing to PEEK and even carbon fiber reinforced materials, tungsten carbide nozzles can easily handle long printing periods on any material.
