Q:The product is not working properly. What should I do?

(2) The battery is insufficient, or the electric charge is exhausted, please fully charge and try again.

Q: I heard an unusual noise during use. What should I do?

A: If you find any unusual noise,turn off the power immediately and check if the blade is deformed, damaged.

Q: Can the shaver blade be washed with water? Will it rust after washing with water?
